Greenwich Event Materials
My Role: Designed all print materials and digital ads
For this project, I was responsible for helping to plan the launch event and designing all the materials and advertisements for a new home product. The client was introducing a niche luxury product inspired by brownstone buildings, with the brick texture of these buildings being a feature in the design of the homes. To launch the opening of the Brownstones, a VIP event was held where realtors toured the homes, received promotional materials, and shared their experiences on social media, generating exposure for the new product.
Booklet:
I created a booklet that detailed the homes' layouts, selections, and the community. The booklet was available in both digital and print formats, with the printed version featuring a tactile, textured cover that mimicked the brick texture of the homes. To elevate the design, I used a booklet wrap printed with the exact brick shapes found in the homes, using blind debossing through traditional letterpress printing. The typography was inspired by newspaper layouts, with lines separating headers and subheads, as well as justified text, as a nod to the urban brownstone style found in cities like New York. I chose a 6” x 9” size to differentiate the materials from competitors, who typically used the standard 8.5” x 11” size, giving the booklet a more personalized and luxurious feel.
Invitations:
The brick texture was also incorporated into the event invitations, where I used the same blind deboss technique for a sophisticated, tactile experience.
Social Media Ads & Content:
During the VIP event, realtors shared videos of the homes on their social media platforms, creating user-generated content that provided exposure for the new product. To further promote the launch, I designed simple digital ads, targeting luxury home buyers to encourage visits to the homes during the opening.
